Good Morning Everyone. If you get an urge for something sweet early in the morning ๐ŸŒ„ Homemade smoothies are great. All you need is a blender, fruit, almond, milk, yogurt and ice. Delicious and it calms that sweet tooth craving. Have a healthy day!
