About the Event
OMT Inc. Healthy Birth Outcomes Program is funded by the Maryland Department of Health - Minoirty Health and Health Disparities FY22.
The Birth Outcomes Programs will recruit and enroll expecting mothers of childbearing years July 1, 2021 - May 15 2022. We are availiable to speack with you via telephone Monday - Friday from 9AM-4 PM. We provide referral support services to minority women of childbearing years. An online parenting classes is offered to enrollees (Family Foundation). OMT, Inc. goal is to provide navigation and support services for "Healthy Birth Outcomes".
